3. When asked, “If yes, how effective was the training/
orientation in enhancing your understanding of NEP 2020?”,
51.08% of the teachers found it moderately effective, 12.37%
considered it effective, 5.91% rated it highly effective,
24.73% felt it was slightly effective, and 5.91% stated that
it was not effective. This indicates that while a majority
of teachers found the training to be at least moderately
effective, there is room for improvement in the overall
impact of the training and orientation programs (Figure 4.3).
