RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
28. When school principals and headmasters were asked, ‘Do you
think that replacing marks with a grading system has reduced
student stress and led to better assessment outcomes?’ 64.1% of
principals agreed, 13.37% strongly agreed, 13.37% were neutral,
5.88% disagreed, and 1.96% strongly disagreed. The responses
indicate that the majority view the grading system as a positive
change, potentially reducing stress and improving assessment
practices (Figure 4.28).
